Hi everyone….. it’s been a very long time since I have blogged, I know. It has been a busy summer and fall for my family. After a 15 month engagement and preparation for the wedding, my son married the love of his life on October 8th and just returned with his bride from their honeymoon! and ……..
My niece Drew is a finalist on Simon Cowell’s X-Factor!
You may remember that I used to have Drew posted on my blog, but had to remove her during the process of auditioning. I now can share with all my follower’s that she has indeed made it to the final 17!! We are so very proud of her! If you are already watching X-FACTOR then you are well aware of the sweet girl with the soulful voice! If you have not yet seen the show, please tune in on Tuesday, October 25th on FOX network and follow her journey!
Live voting by America will begin on Wednesday, November 2nd. I thank you in advance for your support!
I’ve missed the blogging world and hope that during the colder months, I will have time to return and visit you all ~ ox cheryl

ReplyDeleteI have missed you! So glad the wedding went well. I hope you share pics. Can't believe that about your neice. I'll have to try and screen her. That's crazy exciting.
ReplyDeleteHi Cheryl! It's so nice to see you again! How kismit is this? I never watch TV, and while sick, I happened upon X-factor and watched Drew sing, and was blown away at how soulful and lovely she was - not just her voice, either! She's my favorite, and now I am watching! What a small world, and what a lovely, lovely niece you have.

ReplyDeleteI haven't blogged or read anyone else's for that matter in quite some time, but today I decided to take a break from our remodeling nightmare and catch up on everyone. If you had not posted about Drew I probably would have missed this, so thank you. I cried watching Roberta and Andy, and Drew's voice is simply moving. What a thrill!

DeleteMy husband and I have been watching since day 1, and your niece by FAR has one of the most wonderful voices I've ever heard! And I'm not just saying that! It's so true! We thoroughly have enjoyed hearing her and look forward to much more. You have got to be sooooo proud of her!! We loved seeing her first tryout...her family in the wings waiting...we were so excited to see her make it so far.
ReplyDeleteRegardless of what happens now, please let her know that she has a voice that is a gift from God...and we hope the very best for her in her future!
Blessings, Doni
